Process Quality

Because UPS products and power supply products consist of power electronics equipment that are highly delicate and complicated, it is essential that each product is inspected for both quality and operation before being passed for customer use. Each product must pass a strict quality inspection, according to prescribed standards, at each stage of the production process to ensurethe highest quality and efficiency is achieved and maintained.

Each Syndome UPS product is assessed and registered as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Moreover, all Syndome UPS SD-Seriesmodels (from 500VA-10kVA) are certified as having passed the industrial product standards of the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI).

ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Laboratory

Syndome Electronics Industry Co., Ltd. has established an Electromagnetic Compatibility Lab.(EMC Lab) to ensure Syndome UPS products function without electromagnetic interference (causing malfunction of appliances) in each electrical appliance.

Uninterruptible Power Development

The research & development team is committed to the introduction of new technologies for developing new products to meet market requirements, and to continuously improve existing products toachieve optimal utilization efficiency. Syndome is the only UPS producer to develop UPS with an Intelligent Power Management Module (Microprocessor Control with Digital LCD Display) and PowView software, that monitors the power supply and triggers the UPS system when required and which is 100% free from any Y2K problem.
